Join a Fortune 500 team that invests in your growth, values your contributions, and challenges you to make a lasting impact every day.As a Business Process Analyst III/Senior within Power Innovation, you will develop advanced estimating tools and analytical solutions that support large-scale power generation and infrastructure projects. You’ll apply machine learning, AI, and data engineering techniques to improve cost accuracy, scenario analysis, and decision-making across early-phase development and execution. This role is highly integrated with estimating, engineering, and project controls, requiring both technical depth and strong business understanding. You’ll translate complex datasets into scalable tools that drive consistency, transparency, and speed in how projects are evaluated and delivered. Responsibilities/Expectations:Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvementsCreates and coordinates process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costsApplies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using dataLeads multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project successDrives development of change management activitiesDesigns and develops estimating tools and analytical models to support cost forecasting, scenario analysis, and project evaluation across development and execution phasesIntegrates cost, schedule, and technical datasets into scalable analytical frameworks to support estimating and decision-making processesApplies statistical, predictive, and machine learning techniques to identify cost drivers, sensitivities, and project risksDevelops practical analytical tools and solutions that are actively used by business teams to support planning, estimating, and execution decisionsPartners with estimating, engineering, and project controls teams to standardize data structures, improve workflows, and enhance consistency in analytical outputsCreates tools and models that enable rapid evaluation of project configurations, phasing strategies, and technology optionsTranslates complex datasets into actionable insights that improve decision-making for large-scale infrastructure or energy projectsDemonstrates ability to build practical, business-facing analytical tools (in addition to developing models) that support real-time decision-making Other duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Business Process Analyst Senior:Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and seven (7) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years’ experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experienceBusiness Process Analyst III:Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and five (5) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years’ experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experienceOther Requirements:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skillsStrong experience applying data science, analytics, or modeling within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project-based environmentsProficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for developing dashboards, reporting, and communicating analytical outputsExperience working with integrated datasets including cost, schedule, and technical information to support forecasting and scenario analysisProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, estimating, and project controls to drive alignment and data standardization Preferred: Proficiency with analytics languages (i.e. SQL, Python, etc.) and platforms (i.e. Power BI, Microsoft Access, Oracle, and etc.)Preferred: Proficiency with process mapping and value stream mappingLI-AK1#LI-AK1About Tulsa:Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
