About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and collaborative Associate Customer Strategy Manager to join our East Grocery team. In this role, you will help shape how we partner with some of our retail customers, including Publix, Wegmans, Delhaize, and Giant Eagle.You will play a key role in improving how products flow from our supply chain to store shelves—ensuring shoppers can find the products they love when they need them. By combining data insights with strong relationships, you will help solve real business challenges and drive meaningful results for both our company and our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute customer strategies for Publix, Wegmans, Ahold Delhaize, and Giant EagleAnalyze customer performance data (e.g., OTIF, fill rate, in-stock) to identify opportunities and risksDevelop insights and reporting (Power BI, dashboards) to inform strategic decisionsPartner with Customer Development, Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams to drive executionIdentify and lead initiatives to improve service performance and reduce supply chain inefficienciesSupport external customer engagement through collaboration with replenishment, supply chain, and merchandising teamsContribute to continuous improvement projects and value creation initiativesTurn insights into clear recommendations and actionable plansWhy This Role MattersThis role has a direct impact on how successfully we serve our retail partners and their shoppers. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
