Our product teams work close to real users and real business problems, turning complex workflows, decisions, and experiences into scalable digital capabilities that drive impact across the enterprise.As this model matures, we need senior individual contributors who do more than deliver strong products—we need product leaders who shape direction, raise the bar on product craft, and help teams focus on the work that matters most.We are seeking a Director of Product Management to own the strategy, scope, and outcomes for a defined product team. This is a senior individual contributor role: you will be embedded with a single product team while operating at a higher altitude—defining what problems are worth solving, how the product should evolve over time, and how product excellence shows up in practice.About the RoleThe Senior Director of Product Management owns the vision, strategic direction, and outcomes for a portfolio of related product capabilities, delivered through a single product team. While partnered with one product team, this role is accountable for decisions that span problem selection, investment sequencing, and long‑term product evolution—not just execution within a backlog.In this role, you will set clear product direction across multiple related problem spaces, help define what is in scope, out of scope, and why and ensure product investments deliver leverage and coherence over time. You will serve as a senior product voice in complex and ambiguous decisions.You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business partners to translate strategy into focused, outcome‑driven product direction. You will also act as a coach, mentor, and craft leader, helping elevate product thinking, discovery quality, and decision‑making across the team and broader product community.This role is ideal for an experienced product leader who enjoys shaping direction, mentoring others, and influencing outcomes at scale—without direct people management responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & OwnershipDefine and own the product vision, strategic direction, and outcomes for a portfolio of related enterprise product capabilitiesDetermine which problem spaces are in scope, which are out of scope, and how investments should be sequenced over timeTranslate enterprise and business strategy into clear product priorities and outcome based roadmapsMake and communicate trade‑offs across near‑term delivery, platform investment, and long‑term capability growthEstablish clear success metrics tied to business impact, not outputs or feature volumeDiscovery & Delivery LeadershipLead and model high‑quality product discovery, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and experimentationEnsure discovery effort is focused on the most valuable and strategically aligned problem spacesTranslate insight into structured roadmaps, clear sequencing, and actionable guidance for the product teamPartner closely with design and engineering to deliver solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and scalableUse performance data and feedback to validate decisions, refine direction, and drive continuous improvementEnterprise Experience & InsightBuild a strong understanding of how work happens across teams, systems, and workflows within the enterpriseEnsure product experiences provide clarity, transparency, and guidance for decision‑making and executionDesign solutions that reduce operational and cognitive complexity while improving confidence and outcomesIdentify opportunities to introduce insight, automation, or intelligent guidance as products and capabilities matureCollaboration & InfluencePartner closely with business leaders, technology, data, and adjacent product teams to align priorities and dependenciesServe as a senior product voice in cross‑functional discussions and complex decision forumsInfluence without authority in a matrixed environment, driving alignment around outcomes rather than outputsCommunicate product direction, decisions, and trade‑offs with clarity and convictionContribute to a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement across the product organizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience7+ years in product management or related fields (engineering, design, data, research)Proven success shaping complex digital products in large, matrixed environmentsDemonstrated experience making strategic product decisions that extend beyond a single feature set or roadmapDeep understanding of modern product discovery, delivery, and measurement practicesStrong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with comfort using data to inform decisionsExcellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiencesExperience contributing to or operating within a Product Operating ModelExperience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve decision‑making or executionPreferred ExperienceAdvanced DegreeExperience owning product domains, platforms, or multi‑capability problem spaces within a product teamFamiliarity with enterprise platforms, data‑enabled products, or workflow‑driven systemsExperience working within large-scale platform or ERP-enabled environmentsExperience in distributed manufacturing or third-party production networks.Familiarity with data platforms and analytics-driven operational decision-making.Leadership AttributesProduct Thinking – Connects user needs, business context, and technology into clear product directionStrategic Judgment – Makes effective trade‑offs and prioritization decisions in complex environmentsCoaching & Mentorship – Develops product craft in others through guidance, example, and shared learningCustomer & Partner Insight – Translates deep understanding of workflows in
