Job Description:Director, Engineering - Employer Digital The RoleThe Digital Platforms Employer Technology team within Workplace Investing (WI) is seeking an Engineering Leader to shape the strategy, technical direction, and delivery of digital capabilities that support the Plan Sponsor experience. The role will lead engineering teams, partner closely with product leadership, and ensure delivery of scalable, resilient, and modern solutions that meet the needs of Plans SponsorsThe TeamFidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) Digital Platforms Technology team designs, develops, implements, and supports WI’s suite of Digital applications.
