This role combines advanced analytics, technical data expertise, and leadership to drive provider performance measurement, cost management, and quality improvement initiatives within a cloud-based analytics environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead development of analytics, reporting, and data solutions supporting VBC contracts and performance managementTranslate business needs into scalable data solutions using SQL and modern data platformsOversee delivery of provider performance reporting, cost analytics, and executive dashboardsPartner with clinical, network, and technology teams to design and implement VBC programsEnsure data accuracy, governance, and alignment across internal and external reportingIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and clinical outcomesManage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data professionalsQualifications5+ years of experience in analytics, healthcare, or value-based careStrong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformationExperience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud data environments (e.g., BigQuery)Experience working with large, complex datasets (claims, provider, or healthcare data preferred)Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsWhy Join UsPlay a key role in advancing Value-Based Care outcomesWork in a modern, cloud-based analytics ecosystemLead high-impact initiatives that influence provider performance and healthcare qualityAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
