Systems Engineer (Experienced, Lead or Senior)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking two Systems Engineers in support of the Bombers Sustainment Systems Engineering, Integration & Testing (SEIT) organization in Oklahoma City, OK.  This position will support B-52 Sustainment programs for Systems Engineering primarily interfacing with software teams, mission systems, logistics and program management.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Lead or Senior Level Engineers.One position will be primarily serving as a Systems Engineer for ICSMS/ CONECT and another position will be to be the SEIT Lead for an AEHF Proposal /Risk Reduction program.Position Responsibilities:Experienced (Level 3)Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.Develops the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.Resolves cross-functional technical issues.Lead (Level 4)Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.Develops, maintains, and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.Resolves cross-functional technical issues.Senior (Level 5)Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.Leads others to evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.Leads analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.Leads analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.Leads, develops, maintains, and identifies improvements the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement3+ years of related systems engineering/project engineering work experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong knowledge and experience in Excel / Data AnalyticsAbility to obtain a U. S.
