Business Analyst

Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate current operational workflows to identify automation opportunities. Develop and implement scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools. Enhance reporting processes, including revenue tracking and analysis. Automate manual workflows and create standardized templates and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute high-impact automation projects. Document all workflows and provide transition materials upon project completion. Skills Over 3 years of experience in building workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and macros. Strong understanding of SharePoint and Outlook workflows. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in ambiguous situations. Preferred Skills Experience in advertising, media, or retail operations. Familiarity with digital media reporting and campaign workflows. Basic understanding of APIs and workflow integrations. Experience with Salesforce data exports and reporting processes.
