We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Analyst to lead the process analysis across PBM Growth and Retention.. This role will be instrumental in driving modernization, data consistency, and operational efficiency across our growth and enablement ecosystems. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: Product Process Lead/Define and evolve the growth operating framework to capture product/service/fee elections across the client lifecyclePartner with architecture and implementation teams to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ, SFGO, PIM and broader PBM Operational processesDrive integration and utilization of a comprehensive product catalog and client-specific fee schedulesClient Process Enablement Lead initiatives to process reengineer for efficiency client data into a unified Client SOT platform (e.g., RxClient360)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding, maintenance, and client relationship management workflowsEnd-to-End Process Analysis Map and analyze current-state workflows across product and client operationsIdentify inefficiencies, manual processes, and data fragmentation pointsRecommend and implement tooling and automation strategies to improve operational throughput and reduce riskCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, analytics, IT, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into actionable process driven enhancementsGather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and workflow changes, ensuring they are aligned with enterprise strategy and operational needsStrategic Planning & Execution Develop business cases and business roadmaps for process improvements.
