Partner Recruitment & Acquisition:• Build the DACH partner portfolio from zero: target CRM and lifecycle agencies, e-commerce agencies, and selected systems integrators aligned with our Ideal Partner Profile• Run targeted outbound campaigns; first meetings, discovery calls, partnershippitches• Manage the full recruitment cycle from qualification to signed agreement Partner Activation & Enablement:• Onboard new partners through certification and Brevo Enterprise product training• Equip partners with sales collateral, battle cards, and demo environments to co-selleffectively• Build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top partners and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Revenue Generation & Co-Selling• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced Enterprise pipeline against clear SQOtargets• Partner tightly with DACH Sales Leadership and AEs on deal registration, account mapping, and 3-way syncs• Maximise co-sell win rates with proactive account planning Program Operations• Report on partner KPIs; active partners, SQOs, sourced revenue• Feed insights back into Brevo’s global partner program 6+ years in Partner Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development in SaaS Martech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or e-commerce platforms strongly preferred Native-level German and excellent English communication skills Proven track record recruiting and activating partners that drive Enterprise and Mid-Market revenue (this is not an SMB role) Deep knowledge of the DACH partner ecosystem: lifecycle/CRM agencies, e-commerce agencies, systems integrators Comfortable owning discovery calls, account mapping sessions, and co-selling alongside AEs into Enterprise buyers Experience with Partner Relationship Management software for partner tracking and deal registration Self-starter: you thrive in a greenfield environment where there’s no playbook yet Knowledge of competitor partner programs and their partner landscape (Plus) Experience with e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento) and related agency partners Prior experience building partner programs from the ground up in a startup or scale-up Based in the Berlin Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, events, and regional conferences A place to grow, together: Join an international team in a bright, collaborative office located in a vibrant neighbourhood; Free fruits, drinks & Snacks, Pizza Wednesdays, Monthly breakfasts & many other fun events Practical perks for everyday balance: 125 Euro monthly budget to subsidize expenses like Lunch, Internet and well-being activities; Fully paid Urban Sports Club M Membership; Subsidized BVG ticket for public transportation; Budget to support your workspace at home Learning, every step of the way: Language learning with Babbel app Flexible for life: 30 days of vacation, 2 days of remote work per week and Work from Abroad policy; Relocation package and visa sponsorship for international talents Wellbeing that works: Second parental leave: 1 month of fully paid leave; Company pension plan subsidized by Brevo A culture that cares: From inter-office trips to regular team events, there are plenty of ways to connect beyond your day-to-day.
