Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace.About Position / Position SummaryThis role will be based out of Bengaluru, India.Position Responsibilities:As an Associate Programmer Analyst, your duties will include (but are not limited to):Drive the team's goals and technical direction to pursue opportunities that make your larger organization more efficientEffectively communicate complex features and systems in detailUnderstand industry & company-wide trends to help assess & develop new technologiesPartner & collaborate with organization leaders to help improve the level of performance of the team & organizationCreate consumer products and features on a large scalePartner closely with infrastructure and operations teams to build and scale back-end servicesUnderstands the development and testing of small to medium projects including schedules, progress reporting to ensure implementations that are on time, within budget and meet quality objectives.Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user's requirements. Helps create High Level design and related technical documents.Creates Low Level design documents.Helps modify or upgrade applications to maintain software functionality.Helps in POCs/gathering information for designing software applicationsEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Experience in IT industry with demonstrated ability working on Java full stack applications.Experience with NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java 8+ (Core and Advanced), Spring Boot, Hibernate, Sprint Profiles, REST API.Experience with UI Frameworks such as Angular, ReactExperience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCPExperience with Databases such as Oracle, SQL ServerExperience in Data structures, algorithms and Design PatternsExperience in different SOA design patterns, micro services design and API managementExperience in RESTful Web Services and MicroservicesExperience with ALM tools such as GitLab, TFS, ClearCase, and SVNExperience with software system management throughout the entire life cycle in all stages of the software development life cycle.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :Experience in the aerospace domainExperience with both SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)Experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration, including familiarity with CI/CD tools like JenkinsExperience collaborating with internal business partners and product owners to deliver products/applications that enhance user experienceExperience working with Product Managers, Systems/Data Analysts, and UX Designers to define application requirements and usability.Experience in software build, integration, and debugging in simulated and integration environmentsTypical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 4 Plus years' related work experience or master’s degree with 3+ years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience.Relocation:This position does offer relocation within INDIA.Language Requirements:Not ApplicableEducation:Not ApplicableRelocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.Security Clearance:This position does not require a Security Clearance.Visa Sponsorship:Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Contingent Upon Award ProgramThis position is not contingent upon program awardShift:Shift 2 - Afternoon (India)
