Associate Program Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Management Specialist to join the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Operations Integration team in Everett, Washington.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. Project Management examples for the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Operations Integration Team could include supporting Analytics, Business Management, Logistics, Motive Equipment Operations, Cranes, Group Coordinators, Alternate Work Offices, Communication System for Confined Hazardous Areas, Site Support and Product Movement, Equipment Services, Tool Construction, Lean, and 737 North Line implementation. MOS&L strives to exceed expectations; safely delivering quality products to our customers.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Facilitate Lean activities and initiatives across various departments Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement Lean training programs for employees at all levels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives Mentor and coach stakeholders in Lean principles and practices Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes to management Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Project Management and Lean methodologies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience in project management (supporting diverse programs and projects) with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with technical writing and creating presentations1+ years of experience developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metricsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in a Business Operations or Project/Program Management roleExperience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goalsExperience working in a multifaceted work environment, including managing multiple prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Project Web ApplicationExperience using Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OneNoteConflict of Interest:Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. We are committed to providing our team with equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment.
