Lead Business Operations Project Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Lead Business Operations Project Management Specialist to join the team in Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; or Seattle, WA.   This individual will provide hands-on leadership for an operations team, managing complex, divisional requirements end-to-end while mentoring team members and ensuring actions, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), program reviews, etc. are completed.You will be responsible for balancing tactical execution with continuous improvement to optimize team performance and ensure division operations are successful.Position Responsibilities:Provide oversight of actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial managementEnsure consistent follow throughBuild and maintain operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure alignment and accountability across teamsPrepare materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and strategic documentsManage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic prioritiesFoster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practicesDemonstrate versatility and resilience in navigating challenges and adapting to changing business needsDemonstrate extremely high levels of attention to detailProduce high quality deliverables with minimal reworkRespond well to fast-paced, feedback-rich environmentsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership10+ years of experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders10+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, information technology, or an equivalent technical field5+ years of experience working in a lead role responsible for planning, organizing, and leading personnel to solve complex technical problems5+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements3+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience10+ years of experience communicating with executive audiences10+ years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizationsExperience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team membersExperience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and FinanceExperience with OKR goal-setting frameworkConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
