Working at the intersection of clinical insight, technology, and commercial excellence, the team develops solutions that improve patient outcomes and procedural efficiency.Within this portfolio, PillCam capsule endoscopy is transforming the way clinicians visualize and evaluate the GI tract - unlocking diagnostic insight through a simple, patient‑friendly technology that expands access to care and enables earlier detection of disease. Each PillCam capsule contains a miniature camera(s) that travels naturally through the GI tract, capturing thousands of images that provide physicians with critical diagnostic insight.As the largest portfolio within the Endoscopy business, PillCam plays a critical role in advancing innovation, expanding clinical impact, and driving future growth.The Senior Global Downstream Product Manager leads global commercialization for the PillCam franchise, translating product strategy into go-to-market plans, launch strategies, and commercial programs that drive adoption and revenue growth. This role partners with regional teams to successfully launch innovations and expand the adoption of capsule diagnostics across the GI care pathway.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Commercial StrategyLead global commercialization strategy and market activation for the PillCam portfolioDevelop global positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with clinical and economic valuePartner with regional marketing leaders to drive adoption, utilization growth, and market expansionGlobal Product Launch LeadershipLead global launch strategy and readiness planning for new PillCam products and platform enhancementsDevelop global launch toolkits, messaging frameworks, and marketing assetsCoordinate cross‑functional readiness across marketing, sales enablement, clinical education, and training teamsMarket Development and AdoptionDrive global market development initiatives that increase awareness and utilization of capsule endoscopyPartner with regional teams to identify barriers to adoption and develop programs that accelerate clinical uptakeSupport physician education and value communication initiatives across marketsCommercial Insights and PerformanceMonitor market performance, competitive dynamics, and adoption metrics to optimize commercial strategyPartner with regions to gather market insights and translate them into actionable commercial initiativesSupport forecasting, business planning, and franchise performance trackingMust Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, downstream marketing, or commercial strategy rolesORAdvanced degree with 5 years of experience in product marketing, downstream marketing, or commercial strategy rolesNice to HaveExperience leading global product launches for medical technologies or medical devicesExperience developing commercialization strategies and sales enablement programsUnderstanding of gastroenterology clinical workflows and diagnostic pathwaysExperience working with regional commercial teams in global healthcare marketsUnderstanding of reimbursement and health economics influencing GI diagnostics adoptionMBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciencesFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
