Associate Audit Specialist (12 months fixed-term contract)

Compile reports to show progress and escalate activities at risk for their due dates. Detail-oriented and proactive individual and ensure all quality documents meet Good Documentation Practices.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Evaluates incoming information and maintains the record in the electronic database and/or in excel spreadsheets.Maintain and update database to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Monitor database performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.Perform database regular data audits and clean-up activities.Handle data imports and exports, and migrationsEnsure data security, backups, and recovery processes are in placeEnsures quality documentation meets all MDT requirements per internal proceduresPerforms follow up activities to obtain additional information. Ensures record documentation is maintained in a constant state of audit readiness per internal policies; identifying gaps and following up with OUs/regions/applicable owners to resolve.Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires a University Degree and minimum of 1-2 years relevant Quality experienceExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.Experience with Good Documentation PracticesExcellent knowledge of ExcelDetail oriented and an agile learnerWillingness to work on a 12 months fixed-term role for a nightshift schedule Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.   Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
