Our Neuromodulation division focuses on Deep Brain Stimultion (DBS), Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Intrathecal Drug Delivery pumps (ITDD) that help patients manage movement disorders and chronic pain effectively.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead and manage a high-performing sales team within our Neuromodulation division in London. The DSM will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving market share growth, and ensuring the successful adoption of our DBS, SCS and ITDD solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, team leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the market we work in across UKI.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), pain management specialists, and healthcare providers to drive product adoption and Medtronic advocacyFoster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, accountability, and continuous professional developmentCollaborate with key acct stakeholders including to understand their needs and present tailored pain therapy solutionsPartner with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and physician education programsManage district budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize opportunitiesWillingness to travel extensively within the districtRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field ( preferred)Medical device sales experience in sales management or leadership roleExperience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical environmentStrong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare reimbursement landscapeDemonstrated success in developing high-performing sales teamsAbility to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and drive execution Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
