This role focuses on advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems to ensure equipment reliability and adherence to healthcare standards. You will support day-to-day facility operations while contributing to preventive maintenance and infrastructure improvements.What You Will DoPerform troubleshooting and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsExecute preventive maintenance programs for building systems, including emergency power and specialized equipmentRespond to facility service requests and resolve issues within defined response timelinesInstall, maintain, and repair facility infrastructure and equipment used in manufacturing environmentsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and healthcare facility standardsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentationCoordinate and monitor external service providers to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirementsSupport facility modifications, space planning activities, and emergency response readinessWhat You Will NeedAssociate degree in Facilities, Engineering, or a related technical field (technical degree)High School Diploma requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance within a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar)Knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilitiesCertification or formal training related to electrical, mechanical, or building systemsExperience using maintenance management systems for preventive maintenance trackingTravel Percentage: None
