Work Flexibility: HybridWhat You Will Do:Lead portfolio marketing strategy for the Shoulder Arthroplasty portfolio, including anatomic and reverse shoulder systemsDevelop clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging aligned with surgeon and clinical needsPlan and execute successful go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and portfolio enhancementsManage product lifecycle activities, including forecasting, pricing support, and portfolio optimizationIdentify, prioritize, and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with Sales and Medical AffairsPartner with Medical Education to support surgeon training, cadaver labs, workshops, and major conferencesGather and translate surgeon, customer, and market feedback into actionable product and lifecycle strategiesMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing to ensure strong portfolio executionWhat You Need:Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred4–8 years of experience in product marketing or product management within medical devicesExperience in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine, with strong preference for shoulder portfolio exposureSolid understanding of surgical procedures, clinical workflows, and hospital environmentsProven track record of leading successful product launches and commercialization initiativesStrong clinical and technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence cross‑functional teamsTravel Percentage: 30%
