Work Flexibility: OnsiteShift: Mon – Fri, 1:30pm – 10:00pm, OT RequiredWhat You Will Do:The Sorter I supports production operations by performing routine, manual tasks that contribute to the overall manufacturing process. This role follows established procedures to safely handle materials, maintain work areas, and ensure product quality.Load materials into production equipment and assist with basic machine operationsRemove, sort, inspect, and package raw materials or finished productsReceive, transport, and store materials in designated inventory locationsFollow all assigned procedures for specific product lines or work cellsMaintain accurate production logs and support team output goalsPerform routine cleaning of equipment and work areasDispose of waste and recyclable materials per company guidelinesFollow written and verbal instructions to complete repetitive tasksParticipate in 5S and continuous improvement activitiesMaintain compliance with all safety, quality, and GMP standardsWhat You Need:Preferred:High School Diploma or GEDA minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.   $20.25/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.    Travel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
