In this role, you will collaborate with the team and maintaining and improving processes and systems and the manufacturing of the products produced in the facility. Further you will analyze and recommend current and future systems procedures and equipment needs based on manufacturing requirements.What you can look forward to in this role:Monitors and improves shop floor safety, aggressively eliminates unsafe processesAssures fixtures, tooling and processes are followed to meet production schedulesDetermines priorities and sequences jobsSchedules and prioritizes constrained resources, and adjusts staffing to meet flow and customer requirementsDetermines and executes disciplinary action when appropriateProcures and distributes production material to meet schedulesProcures and distributes production material to meet schedulesEnsures preventive maintenance is performed according to scheduleImplements, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Internal Certification and othersEvaluates, assess, identifies and leads the deployment of workforce trainingSection Value Stream MappingA successful candidate in this role will showcase their skills in:Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Top Candidates for this position may also have:Supervisory experienceExperience in a manufacturing assembly facilityGood communication, interpersonal and teamwork skillsAdditional Information:The primary location for this position is Sanford, NC.Domestic relocation assistance is not availableSponsorship is not available  Summary Pay Range:$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
