Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Applications (Scrum Master) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division.The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, India What you will doThe incumbent would act  as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions through effective Scrum practices, continuous improvement, and collaboration across development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.Remove impediments and enable team effectiveness.Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and risks.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and innovation.Support DevOps alignment and CI/CD integration.What you will have Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience. 6–10 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or similar leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity. Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments supporting CI/CD pipelines.Core Competencies & SkillsAgile Facilitation & Scrum Leadership (Extensive Experience)• Serves as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.• Coaches teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.• Removes impediments and fosters a high-performing, self-organizing team environment.DevOps & Continuous Delivery (Working to Extensive Knowledge)• Aligns Agile delivery with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.• Partners with development, QA, and platform teams to enable efficient and reliable releases.• Promotes shift-left practices and continuous feedback loops.Planning & Execution (Extensive Experience)• Guides sprint and release planning ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business priorities.• Tracks progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.• Ensures predictability and transparency in delivery.Stakeholder & Team Collaboration (Working Knowledge)• Acts as a servant leader bridging product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.• Facilitates communication and alignment across IT and business teams.• Enables effective backlog refinement and prioritization.Continuous Improvement & Quality Focus (Working Knowledge)• Drives retrospectives and implements actionable improvements.• Encourages quality ownership across the team and integrates testing practices within delivery.Communication & Reporting (Working Knowledge)• Provides clear updates on team progress, risks, and dependencies.• Produces executive-ready summaries on sprint outcomes and delivery status.Problem Solving & Risk Management (Extensive Experience)• Identifies risks and impediments early and drives resolution.• Facilitates root cause analysis and continuous learning.Tools & Technology (Working Knowledge)• Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent).• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and collaboration platforms.The position requires the candidate to work a 5-a day -week schedule in the officeShift Timing: EMEA Shift: 01:00PM -10:00PM ISTSkills desired:Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients;
