In this role, you will work in a unionized manufacturing environment, supporting both legacy aerospace programs and new product introductions while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and production capability. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in aerospace composite manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams and production personnel while developing skills that can lead to future technical leadership or project management opportunities within Collins Aerospace.
