EW Systems is a product area within the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) / Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) portfolio within Raytheon.This role is part of the program and business management team and leads a team of approximately 3–5 financial analysts supporting the ALR-67 Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) programs. The role supports new business initiatives, contract negotiations, and execution of existing contracts. Responsibilities include earned value management, baseline planning, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, risk and opportunity analysis, financial forecasting, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP) activities. The role also supports customer and internal management meetings.What You Will Do:Lead a team of financial analysts supporting program execution, reporting, and ensure quality deliverablesOversee period close activities and coordinate weekly and monthly financial reporting cadenceSupport inputs, reviews, and submission of portfolio financial deliverablesAnalyze financial performance including Bookings, Sales, Earnings, Cash, and cost elementsSupport identification and communication of financial performance issuesSupport maintenance of Balance Sheet, Overhead, and Investment activities, including Capital projects, NBI spending, CFRs, and ARsEnsure application of Raytheon financial policies and procedures across program teamsQualifications You Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceExperience with externally reported Earned Value Management (EVM) programs, including IPMDAR, CFSR, DFARS requirements, and DID formatsExperience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar systemsExperience using Microsoft Office applicationsU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer:Experience working in team environments and coordinating work across functionsExperience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, and processesExperience managing multiple priorities and workloadsExperience analyzing and summarizing financial data for decision supportExperience communicating financial information in written and verbal formatsExperience working independently and within cross-functional teamsActive or transferable U.S. government security clearance prior to start dateWhat We Offer:Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.Some of the benefits we offer include parental (including paternal) leave, flexible work schedules, achievement awards, educational assistance, and child/adult backup care.Learn More & Apply Now!Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
