In this position, you will oversee multiple production cells or a complex manufacturing area, ensuring teams are aligned to meet quality, delivery, and operational objectives. You will serve as a frontline leader, providing direction, setting daily priorities, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting both employee development and business performance.This role is responsible for driving production execution, coordinating schedules, optimizing workflow sequencing, and resolving material and logistics challenges to keep operations running efficiently. You will partner closely with employees, cross functional teams, and customers to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Ideal candidates will enjoy balancing people leadership with operational problem solving and will have the opportunity to influence process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and production innovation efforts that enhance manufacturing performance.This is a 2nd shift onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA, 3:30pm - 12am.
