And when we watch our satellites launch, we know each one of us made it happen.Job Summary: The Production team is looking for a versatile aerospace manufacturing leader tasked with overseeing the production of our low earth orbit satellites. This position will be a key leadership role in the manufacturing and assembly process for our products. They will be responsible for executing the design for manufacturability and continue improvement to delivery space-grade avionics, structures, and propulsion hardware at high rate and low cost. Personnel safety and product reliability are will always be top of mind for this candidate.The role will serve as the advocate of the team and the technical subject matter expert for the greater production and supply chain organization to ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed. The candidate will develop and sustain a vision for growth and development of both the members of the team and the capabilities of the manufacturing and supply chain department.A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate integrity, intellectual curiosity, empathy, technical capability, and a strongmotivation to support their team. This position’s internal job code is Manufacturing Manager.
