Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Collins Aerospace is looking to add an entry-level Electrical Engineering candidate passionate about learning to develop, modify, integrate, and test both flight and ground vehicle training simulators. Devices range in complexity from simple desktop trainers to high-fidelity, full-flight training systems. Work includes both clean-sheet and design reuse. From an electrical perspective, devices are a conglomerate of off-the-shelf computational elements and internally designed electro-mechanical hardware, knit together with custom arrays of cabling and interconnects. The functionality and fidelity of the finished simulated vehicle provide customer trainees with all the experience necessary to be able to operate or service their real-world counterparts safely, efficiently, and with confidence. May travel as required; up to ~15%.This role is onsite, in Binghamton, New York.
