Job Description SummaryJunior Engineer will be responsible for Cabinet assembly, Modules/spare assembly , Cabinet wiring, System transactions and assemble electrical devices while they are supposed to maintain the health of tools & machinery. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibility:Responsible for managing production no’s in Assembly, testing and subassembly of control cabinets.Responsible to deliver product with first pass yield of : 95% or more.Implement 1 Kaizen in safety, quality or productivity per month, also must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant.Should be actively involved in self managed teams (HPT)Working with warehouse team for timely supply of materialsAbility to read blueprints, BOM, Connection diagrams and specificationsAbility to learn and work on various digital tools like MES, Pro-labelManage consumable requirement for production.
