We are looking for a Sales Manager, Vaccines to lead a field-based sales team and drive business growth across our vaccines portfolio.In this role, you will play a critical part in translating strategy into action—building capability, sharpening execution, and ensuring our teams deliver meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape. If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment and enjoy developing people while delivering results, this could be the opportunity for you.What you’ll do?As Sales Manager, Vaccines, you will:Lead and inspire a field sales team to deliver high performance, accountability, and a positive team cultureBuild a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvementDevelop and execute data-driven territory plans to maximize field effectiveness and business outcomesPartner on territory design and resource allocation to ensure the right focus on the right customersDrive omnichannel cycle planning to strengthen customer engagement across channelsLead segmentation, targeting, and persona development to ensure tailored and effective field executionCoach the team on sales call excellence, competitive selling, account management, and emotional sellingBuild field capabilities through training, field coaching, and onboardingImplement and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, dashboards, and digital enablement platformsMonitor performance through KPIs, analytics, and insights, and turn data into actionManage SIP target setting, tracking, and payout responsibility in collaboration with key stakeholdersWork closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, and Data teams to ensure aligned messaging and executionAct as the Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer to Head OfficeCapture and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform strategyWhat we’re looking for?Education:Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in health science requiredExperience:5+ years’ experience in sales or sales management, ideally within vaccines or other related pharmaceutical environmentExperience in Sales Operations or Sales Excellence is highly desirableSkills and strengths:Strong knowledge of the Hungarian vaccines fieldProven ability to coach and develop teams in:Sales call modelCompetitive sellingAccount managementStrong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve territory and team performanceExcellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skillsConfident influencing skills in a matrix organizationStrong customer orientation and a genuine focus on delivering valueResults-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targetsHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and energize othersProficiency with Veeva or similar CRM tools, digital sales platforms, dashboards, and data analysis toolsStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointWhy join us?This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a role that combines leadership, strategy, and customer impact.
