You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient manufacture of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully by enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer through innovative manufacturing solutions.A Day in the Life:You will manage process improvement projects, technology transfer projects, provide technical expertise for new product introductions, and provide technical expertise for deviation investigations. You will perform or assist with tech transfer of new products to the site, ensuring smooth transitions from development to full-scale production. Working with Customers, Quality, Production, and other departments, you'll optimize existing processes while ensuring consistent product quality and regulatory compliance. Your analytical skills and engineering expertise will help drive cost reductions, improve efficiencies, and enhance manufacturing capabilities across our operations.Keys to Success:EducationAdvanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar).Combination of education and experience will be considered.Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or related field), Biological Sciences or related fieldExperienceLean Six Sigma certification preferredStrong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirementsExpertise in design of single-use-systems, PUPSIT assemblies, aseptic filling technologies, technology transfers, and change control managementProficient in statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated success implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiativesExperience with designing engineering studies, designing and executing mixing studies, and execution of engineering or feasibility batchesExperience supporting engineers and manufacturing techniciansProficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering softwareMust be able to work in cleanroom environments when requiredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysisKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and toolsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $100,000.00–$149,950.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
