Together, we work towards research acceleration, solving scientific challenges, driving innovation, and supporting patients.In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:Apply Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibilityDemonstrate the company mission and valuesFollow all Standard Operating ProceduresPick, pack, and ship distribution orders that require a basic skill levelScreen shipments for unauthorized devices in accordance with TSA requirementsComplete distribution & warehouse system transactionsProcess all orders according to priority set by Distribution Leader/Supervisor to meet receipt dateVerify accurate storage conditions and temperature monitoring of shipmentsLoad couriers’ trucks using pallet jacksDiscover opportunities to improve overall quality and efficiencyEngage in Daily management and 5S every dayEnsure that inventory is accurately and safely storedMaintain warehouse for safety, security, neatness, and organizationTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:High school diploma or equivalent experienceReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseMust pass TSA background checkPhysically able to lift a minimum of 40lbs and a maximum of 75lbs and use pallet jacksWilling to spend extended periods walking/standing, entering data for orders, and handling inventory itemsBasic computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and significant data entryMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAble to work in a refrigerated environment with appropriate PPEEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Required: No experience is requiredPreferred: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)Preferred Qualifications:Forklift experiencePrior Distribution/Warehouse experienceKnowledge of current Good Manufacturing PracticesPrior pharmaceutical or clinical logistics experienceWhat We Offer:CompensationCompetitive PayPerformance Related Bonus where eligibleAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent BenefitsMedical benefitsPaid Time Off/Annual LeaveEmployee Referral BonusCareer Advancement OpportunitiesWhat sets this opportunity apart is our dedication to inclusion and collaboration.
