This job requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to cultivate positive relationships. You will perform real work, bring fresh, new insights and a creative flare, all of which will have a significant impact on the team and our company.What You'll Do:Supports departmental projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reportsCollaborates with team members to brainstorm ideas and contributes to the development of new initiativesDelivers outstanding customer service to individuals within the organization and/or external partiesOther duties as assignedSequent Temp Scheduler Student Worker- Additional Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Accurately nominates a pipeline Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and use internal systems as availableSchedules daily volumes for various supply, markets, and interconnectsTracks storage injections, withdrawals, and balancesConfirms daily and monthly nominations with internal and external schedulersUpdates Endur to allow for invoice and statements processing; assists in resolution of billing and pathing discrepancies and responds to questions in a timely fashionCommunicates maintenance schedule, interruptions in service (cuts), Operational Flow Orders (OFO) capacity issues, and operational conditions to Front Office.Communicates with and cultivates relationships with scheduling counterparts and pipeline representatives to ensure operational integrityPreferred: Experience with ETRM systemsPreferred: Knowledge of US gas pipeline systems and market areasEducation/Years of Experience:Required: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program at the University of Houston with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027Preferred: Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing, Global Energy Management, or ManagementShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Must be willing to work during business hours, after hours, early mornings, nights, weekend shifts and some holidays; we will work around your class schedule as neededBasic Qualifications:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityMust possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving recordConsistent record to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal#LI-KM2Why Choose Williams?We are committed to providing our employees with competitive compensation and benefits as part of your Total Rewards package to help protect your current and future physical, emotional, and financial health.
