Job DescriptionThe Reconciliations Analyst II requires to perform routine reconciliations, data validations, and assisting with investigation of transactional discrepancies. Provides foundational support to ensure accuracy and compliance in daily financial reporting. Works under close supervision while developing technical proficiency in reconciliation and reporting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in performing daily reconciliations and validating transactional accuracy.Support investigation of basic accounting variances and discrepancies.Prepare and maintain reports and logs related to financial transactions.Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and controls.Collaborate with senior team members to resolve exceptions or errors.Maintain audit-ready documentation for assigned processes.Skills and AbilitiesBasic understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing.Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Education• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineExperience• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting is mandatorySupervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.Education & Experience (in lieu) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
