We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Software Engineering Manager who thrives in a hands‑on, player‑coach role, balancing deep technical contribution with people leadership.This role is designed for a manager who remains highly technical (approximately 80%), actively designing, developing, and reviewing code, while also dedicating 20% of their time to leading and developing a small engineering team.
