This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, technological understanding, and leadership skills to own projects end-to-end and foster innovation.*This role requires 2+ years of relevant required experienceKey Responsibilities:• Act as the CEO of your projects, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.• Brainstorm and crowdsource opportunities to improve PNC’s operational efficiency. • Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and operational metrics using tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, and Python to size and prioritize opportunities.• Understand and optimize technology and business processes, synthesizing details into actionable strategies.• Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and inform decision-making. • Drive execution of opportunities to delivery performing any task needed to get the job done. • Grow and expand professional networks through collaboration and thought leadership throughout all of retail and across all the shared service organizations.
