As a Scrum Master within PNC's Data and Automation Technology (DNAT) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.Responsibilities include: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective) and ensure they are time-boxed, effective, and outcome-oriented. Own and administer Jira boards (backlog, sprint, and Kanban as needed): workflows, statuses, fields, dashboards, filters, and reporting. Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and drive execution against sprint goals. Provide transparent delivery reporting (burn-down/up, velocity, throughput, cycle time) and maintain clear communication through Jira dashboards and stakeholder updates.• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles; ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.• Hands-on Jira experience: configuring boards/workflows, managing backlogs and sprints, and producing dashboards and delivery metrics.• Experience identifying/removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and facilitating cross-team coordination in a regulated enterprise environment.• Comfortable working with technical teams (cloud/AI/ML platform work a plus) and translating delivery details into clear, actionable plans.• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including executive-ready status reporting and the ability to drive consensus.• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Provides coaching to the Scrum Team(s) on how to execute the Scrum framework.Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk. Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders.Serves as a filter to remove impediments to progress as identified by the team.
