It spans solution, application, data, integration, and business architecture, requiring close collaboration with business partners, architects, and development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned to next‑generation architectures. The role emphasizes strategic direction, system and application architecture, and hands‑on technical guidance across Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) using modern development, integration, and CI/CD practices. The individual is expected to lead through influence, drive consensus, mentor teams, and develop long‑term technology strategies based on business and industry trends, with high visibility to senior leadership and partners.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
