It spans solution, application, data, integration, and business architecture, requiring close collaboration with business partners, architects, and development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned to next‑generation architectures. The role emphasizes strategic direction, system and application architecture, and hands‑on technical guidance across Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) using modern development, integration, and CI/CD practices.
