Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionVisa Acceptance Solutions is expanding its commercial team in Europe, growing its footprint in the region providing merchants and payment providers with the solutions needed to accelerate their business through state-of-the-art payment technology.This sales position focuses on identification and generation of new business opportunities across the France, Belgium & Luxemburg (FBL) region, selling Visa Acceptance to strategically important Enterprise level accounts.This is a specialist sales role that requires a high degree of commercial acumen, business maturity and self-motivation. A proven track record in sales with qualified success in accretive revenue strategies, including pipeline conversion and enhanced time to revenue. Fluent English and French is a must.Responsibilities:Lead net‑new client acquisition and client growth by articulating the core value proposition of Acceptance Solutions technology and its commercial impactBuild, manage and execute a robust pipeline of new opportunities, successfully closing deals within the digital commerce landscape across key markets and segmentsDeliver quarterly sales commitments through the successful signing of net‑new clientsDevelop strong, long‑term client engagement and growth of new services through trusted, senior‑level partnerships with client leadership teamsApply a consistent sales methodology to support effective and timely deal progressionTake accountability for achieving annual net‑new bookings and revenue targets aligned to the assigned quotaCollaborate closely with internal, cross‑functional partners to progress and close priority dealsIdentify and develop relationships with key digital partners to support growth in emerging segments through Acceptance SolutionsLeverage the broader Visa portfolio and capabilities to support deal advancement with strategic clientsThis is a hybrid position. In‑office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the hiring manager.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsProven experience in acquiring net‑new clients, with a strong and sustained track recordAdvanced knowledge of the payments industry, with an established professional network across France, Belgium and LuxembourgDemonstrated success in achieving sales targets related to bookings (AANR) and revenueExperience applying a structured sales methodology, including a value‑based selling approach, to progress and close complex dealsAbility to partner effectively with colleagues across functions (e.g. marketing, analytics, risk, innovation) and across global and regional teams to deliver shared objectivesDemonstrated capability to work with senior client executives, including presenting strategic perspectives and negotiating on behalf of the organisationAbility to operate autonomously in a complex, competitive environment, providing well‑reasoned, data‑led recommendations while managing multiple prioritiesExperience working within a matrixed organisation, advancing opportunities through a solution‑focused, client‑centric approachStrong commercial and financial understanding of deal structures and partner ecosystem valueExperience coordinating and engaging multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomesStrong problem‑solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to challengesProject management capability, with the ability to structure work and drive executionWillingness to travel regionally when requiredFluency in both English and FrenchVisa is an EEO EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
