ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSClient AcquisitionIdentify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry partnerships.Conduct client needs assessments to understand staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.Sales and Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our staffing services and presenting compelling value propositions.Candidate Sourcing and PlacementCollaborate with the Staffing Coordinators to identify and match candidates with client needs.Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.Market ResearchStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Sales Reporting and AnalysisMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
