This role will serve as a key contributor across planning, procurement, and operational analytics functions, helping transform complex data into actionable business insights. The position will support forecasting, production coordination, inventory oversight, and systems management while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the supply chain.
Requirements for the Supply Chain Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related field.
Several years (2+) of experience supporting supply chain, planning, procurement, or operations functions.
Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting methodologies, and production planning concepts.
Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis capabilities, including experience building reporting tools and dashboards (Excel and Power BI are highly preferred).
Experience working with ERP or enterprise planning systems.
Ability to interpret operational data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Analyst:
Support forecasting, inventory analysis, and operational planning activities across the supply chain organization.
Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
Analyze operational and planning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Assist with production scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of manufacturing activities.
Maintain and support core operational data within internal systems, including product and planning information.
Partner with procurement, operations, quality, and external vendors to support continuity of supply and timely execution.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Support project coordination, reporting activities, and cross-functional planning initiatives.
Help monitor inventory levels, material availability, and operational readiness to support business objectives.
