Become a part of our caring community Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking an Associate, Marketing Business Intelligence Engineer to join the Marketing Analytics team as a Business Intelligence Engineer 2. In this role, you will play a key role in developing data solutions that uncover actionable insights into marketing performance. You’ll support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools that surface trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and empower marketers to optimize strategies through data-driven decision-making.As the Associate, Business Intelligence, you will focus on gathering and translating marketing stakeholder requirements into actionable data solutions. You will design and develop dashboards and visualizations that empower marketers to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance. Key Role FunctionsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicatorsOwn reporting solutions end-to-end by delivering key insights through dashboards and serving as the go-to expert on the data and its business contextAssist in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insightsSupport the establishment and maintenance of data pipelines by collaborating with Data Engineering and IT teams, helping ensure data flows are reliable, well-documented, and aligned with reporting needsCollaborate with analytics and business teams to ensure reporting meets stakeholder needsDocument reporting logic and contribute to governance effortsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on BI capabilitiesUse your skills to make an impact  Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Data Analytics, related field, or equivalent related professional experience2+ years of experience with Power BI and familiarity with DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and custom logic within Power BI reportsAdvanced experience with SQL and data modeling conceptsProven ability to troubleshoot data pipeline issues and proactively identify and resolve data quality problems to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reportingExperience in data preparation tasks such as cleansing, validation, and transformation to support accurate reportingStrong grasp of data governance principles, including documentation, version control, and meta data managementPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare or other regulated industriesKnowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standardsExposure to marketing or operational reporting environmentsFamiliarity with Databricks, SnowflakeExperience with performance tracking and KPI developmentAdditional InformationPreferred Locations: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Tampa, FL, Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. The associate selected for this role should anticipate periodic in‑office work to support collaboration, key team meetings, and leadership engagement.
