Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryAs Project Manager (PM) you will be responsible for providing program/project oversight, day-to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project lifecycle (team formation, planning, requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and warranty support). The PM, requiring minimal supervision, will be responsible for effectively managing team/stakeholder expectations and engagement through clear communication of roles and responsibilities and regular status updates. The PM is also responsible for providing timely feedback and written project reviews.ACCOUNTABILITY:Management of assigned projects including team formation and management, plan creation (scope, schedule, and budget), and project execution. Deliver all assigned projects in full compliance with CVS Health standards and as documented in formal project requirements, on-time, on-budget, and with high quality. Skilled delegation and leadership by example to help CVS Health develop our people to their full potential while delivering top performance. Ensuring all project needs are met through proactive engagement of support teams and in compliance with PM process standards.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive successful delivery of all projects on time, within scope, within budget, and in full compliance of CVS Health requirementsResolve complex business issues / risks and understand when to escalate to ensure resolutionDefine and document project scope, ensuring all relevant SME’s are engaged to produce competent and comprehensive requirementsWork with business users and owners to understand their needs and translate into final project deliverablesProduce a detailed project plan and monitor and control activities to remain on planProduce regular and thorough stakeholder communicationsManage resource availability, allocation, and project financials where applicableManage changes to scope, schedule, and costEnsure required project artifacts are completed and stored in the project repositoryAssist with improving PM process standards within the teamRequired Qualifications5+ years successful Project Management of medium to large scale strategic projects through all project stagesPreferred QualificationsProject Management certificationHealth care, insurance, or pharmacy experience is a plusUnderstanding of project and software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and/or hybridStrong Microsoft O365 (including MS Project) skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with multiple teams, delegating work, and ensuring team efficiencyEducationBachelor's degree preferred; may consider comparable work experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
