Information Security Governance Senior ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Information Security Governance Senior Manager to join the team in Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Dallas, TX; Herndon, VA; El Segundo, CA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridley Park, PA; or Seattle, WA.The manager will serve as a Special Programs Security Manager for a dynamic and complex proprietary program. This position manages employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation of security controls in the SCI and SAP domains. As manager, you will work with senior and junior staff members and other managers to administer and implement United States (U.S.) Industrial Security Standards as outlined in 32 CFR 117 National Industrial Security Program Manual (NISPOM), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Directives, and DoDM 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual and/or other authoritative sources of security regulations.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees and first-level managers performing information security technical and policy related to Risk Management Framework activitiesDevelops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectivesAcquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managersBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years10+ years of experience in Industrial Security working as a CPSO/ACPSO on Special Access Programs (SAP)5+ years of experience in leading teams and team developmentExperience working with DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Program (SAP) accessWilling to submit to and successfully pass a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examinationPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experienceCDSE, NSTI/SASSI or other Professional Certification in SAP Security, SCI Administration, ICD-705, JSIG/RMF, COMSEC, or related security certifications10+ years of security-related work experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI10+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment10+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customersExperience working in an SCI/SAP/Aerospace security/intelligence community environmentExperience with the NISPOM and DoD SAP ManualsAbility to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customersWillingness to perform occasional second-shift or after-hours work schedules to accommodate program operations Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
