Experienced Staff AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst to join our C-17 International Field Services and Sustainment team in Warner Robins, GA.Position Responsibilities:Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiativesProvides data for management review and tracking performance to planDevelops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefingsConducts research and analyzes data from multiple sourcesResearches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies optionsProvides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/eventsDevelops and maintains the project schedule and budgetMonitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participantsPlans and coordinates organizational facility requirementsDevelops and deploys localized training contentAssists in management of budgets as Cost Account ManagerInterfaces with US government security focal to provide access for Boeing teams Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules and calendars3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint3+ years of experience providing support to multiple customers such as vice presidents, directors, and managers3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangementsExperience utilizing organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirementsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to stakeholdersExperience using and administrating SharePointExperience developing and executing employee engagement strategyConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
