Entry Level Site Operations Support - Tool CoordinatorCompany:Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry Level Tool Coordinator to assist at our Jacksonville, Florida location.Position Responsibilities:Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.Monitors work in process.Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability.Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.Works under general supervision.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience with Production Control/Materials ManagementPhysical ability to stand for duration of a shift; able to lift, carry, move and manipulate a large volume and variety of parts1+ years of experience with warehouse or logistics operations1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office ApplicationsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ years of Tool Control experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environmentExperience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Manufacturing or QualityExperience working in Cribmaster, Andon, and BESSYExperience using lean manufacturing principlesDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Shift: This position is 1st and/or 2nd shift; candidates must be able to work either shift.
