Work Flexibility: HybridAs Customer Order Managment Specialist you will provide first class customer service towards customers and be first point of contact for Stryker indirect business  distributors.What You Will DoSupport and execute the logistics in accordance with customer requirements, Business rules, CSD objectives, RA/QA and Trade ComplianceInteract with Supply Chain for inventory availabilityInteract with responsible functions to ensure right allocation decisions are takenSupport tactical issues with forwarders, distribution coordinators and customersIdentify opportunities for service & process improvementParticipate in initiatives / projects to improve service, productivity, processes and/or cost reductionsWill ensure compliance with all aspects of our Quality Management System, from alert notification through total customer’s satisfactionWill support the Customers and Sales force through continued system and or policy improvementsMaintain team and individual complianceWhat You Need3-5 years experience in International Customer service & Distribution processesExperience with preparing export documentationExcellent knowledge of the English languageMastering Office and experience with Oracle, SAP and MS Office applications.Service orientedTeam spiritSelf starterFocus on details, analytical mindTravel Percentage: 10%
