If you’re looking to build your HR career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this is a role where you can make a real impact from day one.What You Will DoDeliver end-to-end HR administrative support across onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, ensuring accurate and timely documentationMaintain and audit employee data across HR systems, trackers, and dashboards to ensure 100% data accuracy and audit readinessCoordinate with Payroll to transfer employee data and support timely, accurate payroll processing each cycleAdminister employee benefits, including issuing, updating, and cancelling access in line with employment changesSupport payroll administration activities such as timesheet tracking, approvals follow-ups, leave processing, and data validationGenerate and distribute HR and payroll reports, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely insightsManage operational HR programs including service awards, recognition initiatives, and Gallup Strengths assessmentsProvide first-line support to employees and managers on HR policies, employment conditions, and lifecycle processes while resolving queries efficientlyWhat You Will NeedRequiredMinimum 1 year experience in an administrative, HR, payroll, or coordination roleCompletion of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplineExperience using HRIS, payroll systems, or data management toolsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)PreferredExperience supporting payroll or employee lifecycle processesExposure to HR reporting, dashboards, or data trackingExperience administering employee benefits or recognition programsAdditional InformationLocation: St Leonards, NSWWork arrangement: Hybrid and flexible working availableTravel: No regular travel requiredCareer progression pathways within a global medical technology organisationMultiple financial benefits including health care, financial wellbeing, insurance benefits.
