Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.岗位目标负责支持工厂EHS日常管理与现场执行，确保符合公司及法律法规要求，重点强化喷涂及化学品相关安全风险管控，提升现场安全水平。3. 主要职责1 现场EHS管理开展日常安全巡检（装配、喷涂、机加工等区域）识别安全隐患并推动整改闭环参与事故调查及事故回头看2 喷涂及化学品安全管理管理化学品台账及SDS资料控制油漆/VOC相关风险确保化学品储存、使用符合规范3 合规及体系支持支持EHS法律法规合规（如Legal Register）协助内外部审核及整改跟踪维护EHS相关记录及报告4 培训与安全文化组织开展员工EHS培训推动安全活动及安全文化建设5 承包商及高风险作业管理支持承包商安全管理监督动火、高处、吊装等高风险作业任职要求基本要求大专及以上学历（安全、环境相关专业优先）2年以上制造业EHS经验（优秀应届生可考虑）专业能力熟悉EHS法规及ISO14001/ISO45001体系具备化学品或喷涂安全管理经验优先具备现场风险识别能力通用能力良好的沟通与执行能力具备数据统计及报告能力熟练使用Office办公软件优先条件有喷涂车间或化工相关经验熟悉ENHESA或类似法规系统具备基础英语沟通能力 Posting Dates:六月 3, 2026 - 六月 14, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to applyNot ready to apply?
