The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA.The following position is to join our Enterprise Services organization:The Enterprise Services Procurement team is looking for a Procurement Supervisor to lead a team of talented procurement professionals across a variety of commodities to support RTX.  The successful candidate will supervise a virtual team responsible for the procurement of various goods and services across many commodities in support of the businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience with non-product procurement, sourcing, and execution. The candidate will have experience in supplier management, supervisory responsibilities, and customer service excellence.What You Will DoProvide oversight and daily direction to a team of procurement professionals located across the countryUnderstand workload across the team, assign backlog, problem solve and handle escalations.Manage performance to meet key metrics. Serve as the escalation path for consumers or stakeholders.Collaborate to guide in problem resolution with team members.Review purchase order documentation against work instructions and policy.Increase knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experienceAt least 3 years’ experience with and knowledge of DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR to include experience negotiating terms and conditionsAt least 3 years’ experience with and knowledge of SAP procurement software tools, such as PRISM and APEXAt least 3 years’ experience with purchase order management, including documentation, and contract negotiation experience with internal, across the businesses; external with suppliersExperience with supplier negotiations (price, schedules and terms & conditions) with the proficiency to perform and comprehend price analyses, source selection/justificationQualifications We PreferWorking knowledge of Raytheon’s various supply chain systems and the SAP purchasing toolsBasic understanding on the approach to negotiating terms and conditions along with knowledge in government procurement regulations (FAR, DFARS, TINA, etc)Master’s degree or MBA a plusOutstanding communication, strong presentation, and keen attention to detail.
