Then we would love to have you join us!The RoleThe Manager, Global Concur Administrator is part of the Global SAP Finance Center of Excellence within Genmab’s Corporate Controller organization and is responsible for the global administration, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform.This role serves as the primary business and systems owner for Concur Expense and related integrations, ensuring operational stability, compliance, process efficiency, and alignment with Genmab’s global Travel & Expense (T&E) policies and financial controls.The individual will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting Operations, IT&D, HR, Compliance, Procurement/Sourcing, and external vendors to support ongoing system enhancements, business process optimization, reporting, and global scalability initiatives.This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills to successfully balance evolving business needs with system capabilities in a fast-growing global environment.The role may expand to include ownership of the corporate credit card program and related vendor relationships.ResponsibilitiesServe as the global system administrator and business owner for the SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform.Manage day-to-day Concur operations, including configuration changes, system enhancements, user support, testing activities, and release management.Support the integration and ongoing operation of interfaces between SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and corporate credit card providers.Monitor and resolve interface, processing, and reimbursement issues in collaboration with Accounting Operations and IT&D teams.Ensure Travel & Expense policies and internal controls are appropriately configured and enforced within the Concur environment.Develop and maintain compliance, audit, and management reporting related to travel, expense, and reimbursement activities.Perform periodic audits and analytics to identify compliance risks, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience, automation, policy compliance, and operational efficiency.Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and implement scalable solutions aligned with Genmab standards and governance processes.Support testing, documentation, training, and change management activities related to system updates and process improvements.Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers as required.Maintain awareness of industry trends, Concur product enhancements, and best practices related to T&E management and financial systems administration.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting Travel & Expense platforms, financial systems administration, or Finance operations in a global organization.Experience with SAP Concur administration, including healthcare professional (HCP) lookup functionality and database integration for HCP data management.Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Workday integrations, and financial systems interfaces preferred.Experience supporting global corporate credit card programs strongly preferred.Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience in a commercial environment is required.Preferred QualificationsSAP Concur Advanced Configuration Certification preferred.Experience managing SaaS applications and enterprise system integrations.Project management experience or certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP) preferred.Experience with reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring tools.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Strong communication and change management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and expense management best practices.For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$96,880.00---$145,320.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
