Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Desired ExperienceSenior AIML Engineer is a technically advanced individual contributor expected to independently lead solution design, own stakeholder engagement, drive architectural decisions, and take end-to-end accountability for delivery.Plan and decompose AI/ML initiatives into user stories, epics, and sprint-ready tasks using Agile/Scrum methodologiesEvaluate and propose multiple solution options, articulating trade-offs in terms of complexity, cost, scalability, and time-to-value.Develop Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) for enterprise applications including text generation, summarization, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and intelligent assistantsImplement Agentic AI systems using multi-agent frameworks to automate complex workflows and decision-making pipelinesDesign, build, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and other AI use cases Build and maintain AI pipelines from data ingestion through model inference and servingLeverage evaluation tools and platforms (e.g., LangSmith, MLflow, Weights & Biases, or equivalent)Write clean, scalable, production-ready code in PythonBuild AI applications using frameworks and libraries including: LangChain and LangGraph for orchestration and agentic workflows, Pydantic AI for structured data validation and AI model integrationUse VS Code or similar IDEs and leverage AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and similar assistants to accelerate development productivityManage source code, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows using GitHubCollaborate with team members following Agile/Scrum methodologiesGood to have: Develop and manage data pipelines, ML workflows, and AI applications on the Databricks platformBuild or contribute to internal AI-powered web applications using ReactJS and PythonRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in an IT technical role, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience planning and delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologiesProven ability to create architectural and flow diagrams for complex AI/ML systemsExperience in developing and deploying ML solutions using core libraries and frameworks including Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras etcExperience working on GenAI & Agentic Frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, LlamaIndex etcFamiliarity with LLM platform like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI etcIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
