Through meaningful, peer-to-peer engagement, you will contribute to advancing clinical understanding, supporting evidence-based practice, and ultimately improving patient outcomes.This field-based role offers a unique opportunity to combine scientific expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building in a highly collaborative and purpose-driven environment.What You Will DoLead Scientific EngagementBuild and maintain strong, peer-to-peer relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and healthcare professionalsDeliver high-quality scientific exchange through in-person and virtual interactionsRespond to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, balanced, and evidence-based informationMaintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of the therapeutic landscape and emerging dataShape Medical Strategy Through InsightsGather meaningful field insights and translate them into actionable recommendationsContribute to the development and execution of medical strategies and plansIdentify unmet needs and emerging trends to inform future prioritiesCollaborate Across the OrganizationPartner with internal teams across Medical, Market Access, and other functionsProvide scientific expertise and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharingSupport the execution of key medical initiatives and projectsAdvance Clinical ResearchSupport clinical trials and Non-Interventional Research (NIR) activities, including site identification and feasibilityContribute insights to clinical development based on field engagementPartner with investigators and support compliance with regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirementsWhat We’re Looking ForEducationAdvanced degree required: MD, PharmD, or PhDOr a scientific degree with relevant pharmaceutical or clinical experienceExperience & SkillsExperience in a scientific, clinical, or medical affairs environmentStrong ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionalsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific data into meaningful insightsStrong understanding of clinical trial design and research processesKnowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, including access environment and stakeholder dynamicsFamiliarity with health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) core conceptsDemonstrated ability to quickly and comprehensively learn new scientific areas and adapt to evolving environmentsSelf-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a field-based rolePreferred QualificationsExperience in cardiovascular disease strongly preferredExperience in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is an assetWhy Join UsBe part of a purpose-driven organization focused on delivering meaningful patient impactEngage with leading experts and contribute to cutting-edge medical advancementsWork in a collaborative, science-led environment where your expertise is highly valuedGrow and develop within a global biopharmaceutical organizationAdditional InformationField-based role with travel across OntarioValid driver’s license requiredFluency in English required; French is an asset***French Version***En tant que liaison en sciences médicales (MSL) en cardiovasculaire, vous agirez à titre de partenaire scientifique de confiance auprès des professionnels de la santé à travers l’Ontario.
